There are 2 free bottles of water in each room. Except for the bottles provided when cleaning the room, please use the water purifier located in front of room no.7 on each floor. If the water purifier hasn't already made ice, please contact the front desk and visit. The staff will scoop the ice at the restaurant.

There is no connecting room in the hotel.

Charger, transformer, power strip, adapter, humidifier, air purifier etc.

Entire buildings are non-smoking area, so smokers should use the smoking booth near Euljiro1ga subway station exit no.7ㆍ8

Hotel is located on opposite side of lotte department store(same building with Apple store)

Front desk and lobby are located on the 9th floor

- Rate : 18,500 won per adult / 9,900 won per child aged 4 to 7 (tax included)

* 10% discount is provided for hotel guests.

In the lobby on the 9th floor, the staff are helping you store luggage. However, after checking out, you must pick up your luggage before midnight except for those who are scheduled to come back for next reservation.

There is no free parking in our hotel. The nearest parking tower can accommodate more than 50 vehicles and fare is 1,000KRW/10min, 50,000/1day.

Guest can check-in after 03:00PM and can check-out before 12:00PM.

Fitness center is located on 10th floor and sportswear or shoes cannot be rented.

* Operating hour : 06:00AM-22:00PM

Business center is located on 9th floor and It features PC and printer.

You can use the computer and printer for free of charge.

Coin Laundry room is located on 10th floor and open 24 hours a day.

Free Internet access(wi-fi) is available in entire hotel.

Baby cot is provided for free and extra bed is provided with additional charge(35,000KRW/Night)

* Reservation has to be made at least one day before.

For directed made reservation through us(by phone or official web site), you may cancel or change your reservation without any additional charge by one day before your arrival; after that, you will be charged the room rate for any cancellation or changes to the reservation.

Room is assigned upon arrival, so cannot be assigned in advance.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to additional charge depending on the time, but It may not be possible depending on room occupancy on the date of check-in or out.
